Are National Rail Taking The Piss £110 fine For a £1.90 Train Journey

This is a joke right I wake up in the morning to go through my letters and see a letter from national rail I open it to find a fine for £110!!!!! Are you dizzie blood!!!! There is no way on earth I'm paying that for a £1.90 train journey I swear that's like the perfect way to start a week getting parred by the train operators its a joke and the way they sent me the payment envelope but they didn't wanna send anything so you can appeal and no number to call they try and make it as un-convienent for you to appeal as they can bunch of pricks!!!!
